PUF IP 

QuantumTrace PUF IP is a complete integrated solution for implementation of a PUF-based system used for secret bit string generation. The IP is scalable to provide random number strings ranging from tens to millions of bits and supports a broad range of applications requiring IC-based security and trust. Based on the QuantumTrace patented Scalable MetalCube Array (SMC), the PUF values are derived from normal random variations in metal resistance. Since the PUF values are generated from a passive entropy source, high reliability and stability is achieved.

Side-Channel Analysis Tools 

The QuantumTrace COTS Assurance and Trust System (CATS) Platform is a unique development and analysis system for verification, validation, and test of programmable Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) I.C.s intended for High Assurance embedded designs. The platform facilitates characterization and testing of multiple advanced COTS technologies used in commercial, industrial, and aerospace systems. CATS is a scalable system utilizing a fixed control element, the System Control Board (SCB), coupled to either a Device Under Test (DUT) or System Under Test (SUT) board. The base system provides the on-board memory, power systems, clocking and sensors necessary for the electrical/environmental characterization and testing required to implement effective anti-tamper system features and to validate authenticity of COTS components in high assurance applications. CATS is completely programmable and simple to use.
